EECDLCDL |
We have had many enquiries about the ECDL qualification. This qualification is the benchmark by which many employers measure IT qualifications. We have managed to buy this course at a very competitive rate. However, the syllabus is due to change from September and we will then have to buy in at a higher cost. Anyone wanting to take advantage of the current price rate should contact the centre ASAP to enrol.

We have had many outstanding learners since the last newsletter; however, we have picked three in particular for the monthly awards:
January – Karl Barnes
February – Andrew Davey
March – Kim Wright

Learndirect Achievement Awards |
Every year, learndirect ask for nominations for their Achievement Awards. We have nominated three learners for three categories: Skills for Work, Progression and Outstanding Learner. The centre has also been nominated for the learndirect Centre category and we await the results at the end of April to see if any of our nominations have been put through to the Regional Awards. Any successful nominees in the Regional Awards will then go through to the National Awards Ceremony in October.
